As a Growth Marketing Intern, you’ll support strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement across digital channels. This role offers hands-on experience in campaign execution, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to test new ideas, optimize outreach efforts, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the organization.

 

What You'll Do

• Assist with a variety of strategy, business development, research and marketing projects for the insurance line of business

• Engage in the research, creation and refining of business plans, distribution strategies and financial models

• Participate in the development of market engagement strategies

• Assist in the coordination of ongoing organizational development efforts

• Other duties as assigned

 

What You'll Need

• Must be an incoming Junior or Senior

• Must be a student for the duration of the intern program

• Degree concentration in Marketing preferred

• Minimum 3.0 GPA

• Self-starter with initiative and integrity

• Proficient PC skills

• Strong ability to multi-task

• Detail oriented

• Strong work ethic
